Mission

Using the Mission perspective the client was able to identify that some of the core values of the company had been compromised along the way and the current practices within the Machine were not setting the team up for success.

MACHINE

Using the Machine perspective the client was able to identify that the business had not been collecting some critical metrics in relation to each project. Working with the team we were able to create a “Scorecard” to track the overall product required and the actual product consumed on site per project.

PEOPLE

Using the People perspective the client was able to identify a communication gap that had developed between himself and the rest of his team. After a few team meetings new training procedures had been collaborated upon to be introduced to the business as well as conducting “Team-Calibration Meetings” to discuss upcoming and future projects.
